If you enjoy having a a beverage every so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your wallet, and leave all money, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Pack only the cash you anticipate to use on drinks, tips and few dollars you expect to lose and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You can have a profit after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that adventure considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not mix.
Leaving your cash at home might be a little excessive, but precautionary measures for excessive actions is required. If you play to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to blow your money nary a concern, then consume all the complimentary alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your befuddled head loses all the cash!
